Cardio Squats 8 Week Program
This 8-week Program is designed for the athlete who wants to increase their strength, increase muscle endurance, and improve their mental toughness. This program features 1 session per week, with week 1 and 8 being test weeks. Each session takes approximately 15 minutes allowing for easy addition to any current CrossFit, weightlifting, or other training programming. The focus will be on improving muscular endurance at higher weights. The more your legs adapt to the high rep scheme, the more capacity they’ll have for endurance during a workout.
