One of the most important things to me when I created my programs was this: I did not want you to live in the gym. I am a big believer in short, focused sessions that slide into your existing routine rather than taking it over. That is why my gymnastics and Olympic lifting options are built as add ons to what you are already doing in class.
If you love your CrossFit class or your group training, I do not want to replace that. I want to support it. My 3 Day Olympic Weightlifting program is designed to give you 30 to 60 minutes of extra, intentional work a few times a week so you can refine your lifts, build strength, and feel more confident when the barbell shows up in class.
My 3 Day Gymnastics program is built the same way. These are 20 to 30 minute sessions that focus on specific skills, whether you are chasing your first rep or trying to increase your capacity. The goal is quality over quantity. Instead of just “doing pull ups,” you follow a clear progression that builds exactly what you need for that movement.
Because these sessions are designed as add ons, they are realistic for busy people. You do not need to spend three extra hours at the gym. You can stack a focused session before or after class a few days a week and know that it is programmed to support your progress instead of interfering with it. That balance is what keeps training enjoyable and sustainable.
When your class, your extra work, and your recovery are all working together, you stop feeling like you are guessing. You know where your time is going, and you can feel the difference in how you move, how you perform, and how you recover.
